The play was written and directed by Sadiq Husain, with lyrics and narration by Pappu Verma. The session focused on spreading awareness about the POSH Act, 2013, which safeguards women against sexual harassment at the workplace and ensures their right to a safe, secure, and dignified environment. It also outlined key employer responsibilities such as the formation of Internal Complaints Committees (ICC) in organizations with ten or more employees, the establishment of Local Complaints Committees (LCC) at the district level, conducting regular awareness programs for all employees, ensuring confidentiality and fair investigation in reported cases, and reporting of POSH compliance in annual reports.
